For In-Person Only Courses
Tuition will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee, if notification is received no later than 14 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations received later than two weeks prior to the course start date are not eligible for a refund. However, the registration fee may be applied to a future course.
For Live Webinars
Tuition will be refunded, minus a $25 processing fee, if notification is received no later than 14 days prior to the start date of the course. There will be NO REFUNDS after this 14-day deadline. However, the registration fee may be applied to a future course.
For OnDemand Webinars
Full attendance is required, and the times you log in and out will be recorded and documented. If you log in to a live webinar late or if you log out early, you may not be able to earn the appointed CEU/CCUs/certificate of completion.
OnDemand courses include texts, video and audio recordings of live webinars, and multimedia formats. The exam and course evaluation for OnDemand courses must be completed within 90 days of course registration. Participants must complete the entire course; partial credit is not allowed.
