Instructor

Jenna is a Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of The Private Practice Assistant (TPPA), a virtual administrative support business dedicated to helping private practice owners in speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy thrive behind the scenes. What sets TPPA apart is its team of practicing and former SLPs and OTs who bring real clinical knowledge to administrative work — from billing and credentialing to intake coordination and scheduling.

In addition to running TPPA, Jenna works part-time as an SLP in a high school district, keeping her grounded in the day-to-day realities of clinical practice. Her dual perspective as both a clinician and a business owner fuels her passion for helping other practice owners build organized, sustainable systems so they can focus on what matters most — their clients.

Since launching in early 2025, TPPA has grown to serve 45+ practices, a testament to the demand for clinician-led administrative support in the therapy world.

When she's not supporting practices, Jenna is a proud mom of two little girls and enjoys running, home gardening, and all things Chicago.
