This training, designed for SLPs, OT, and PTs, addresses the process for developing a meaningful, effective child/family-focused Plan of Care, as well as how to produce high quality Visit Note Documentation.
Required components, supportive frameworks, and available resources will be discussed, to ensure that therapists have the understanding, tools, and resources to document in a way that demonstrates medical necessity, skilled intervention, and individualized care.

- Produce visit note documentation that is efficient and effective, demonstrating medical necessity, skilled intervention, and individualized care.
